THANKUJONAH IS HERE WITH HIS NEWEST TRACK “IM A FAN OF U”

Here I was thinking I was in for a sad valentines day, but you’ll only have to imagine my excitement when Minnesota artist, and content creator thankujonah (@thankujonah) announced that he would be releasing a track today. If you’ve kept up with Jonah over on social media, then you might recognize the tune from a post or two he made prior to this drop, and from the moment that I heard it, I knew that “I’m a fan of u” was a special one. I’m a fan of u is the first time thankujonah dives deep into the world of jersey club, and it paid off immensely. Jonah comes through with an upbeat, and positively colorful sound that breathes a new light into his discography, making me feel surprisingly optimistic. Like I said before, this is Jonah’s first official swing with the Jersey Club sound, but despite the fact, Jonah manages not to sound out of place at all through his signature use of glitchy vocal chops, and a flow that just won’t quit. Lastly, I really gotta hand it to the track’s producer rollie, who managed to escape the typical trendy sounds of Jersey club, with a beat that is fast tempo, synth driven, and ultimately fun on its own. It’s really no surprise that Jonah went in this direction, and I'm honestly glad he did.
