SWEENEY DELIVERS EXPLOSIVE SINGLE “FML”
California creative Sweeney (@sweeneysongs) delivers an explosive new single titled “FML,” a track about living life to the fullest while exploring the various life paths that the world offers. On “FLM” Sweeney takes on a familiar hyperpop sound that expertly combines gorgeous piano with the loud and abrasive synth styles of the hyperpop aesthetic. “FML” offers a quite relatable message that most young people can identify with, as Sweeney dives into the themes of not knowing exactly what to do with your life, but knowing that you want to have a fun time while you figure it out, and most lines in the song reflect exactly that feeling. On top of all of the “reckless” sentiments that Sweeney delivers in this song we also get to hear moments of discontent for life, as he almost begs the universe to let him live in the most candid way possible saying “I don’t wanna die tonight, I just wanna feel alive”.
